Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This policy is written to reflect the current Phase 1 website and requires owner and legal review before it is treated as final legal advice.

Company identity

This policy explains how BZ Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, handles information in connection with this website, inquiries, pilot proposals, and relevant business communications.

1. Information you submit directly

When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company, company website, role, workflow description, desired outcome, and any optional information you choose to provide. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the initial contact form.

2. Limited website telemetry

Our hosting and security systems may process page requests, date and time, device or browser class, referrer where available, IP-derived network information, and security logs. We use this limited information to operate, secure, and understand the reliability of the website.

3. Private brief interactions

If private company briefs are enabled in the future, we may record a brief access or call-to-action interaction. Automated email-security scanners and link-preview systems can request a page, so a recorded request does not necessarily represent a human view or interest.

4. Public business information

BZ Labs may use professional information from public business sources to identify relevant organizations and business contacts, prepare working hypotheses, and conduct relevant B2B communication. A public source does not make its information error-free, and observations should be reviewed before being relied upon.

5. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and improve pilot proposals, conduct relevant B2B communication, maintain security, measure site reliability, manage opt-out requests, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, communications, security, and site operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. No sale of personal information

BZ Labs does not sell personal information. We do not use website tracking pixels for email open-rate tracking.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention is not necessarily immediate deletion. We use controls appropriate to the relevant workflow, but no system can be made completely secure.

9. Choices, opt-out, and deletion requests

You may ask us to stop business communications, correct information, or consider a deletion request by contacting support@bz-labs.com. We may keep limited records needed to honor an opt-out, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.

10. Children’s data

This website and BZ Labs business services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the website and business processes change. The effective date on this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
