A useful paper rarely stands alone. Researchers need to connect it to authors, topics and related work, then keep track of what matters to them. Separate search results and reading lists make those connections harder to follow.

How we connected the pieces.

We built BZPeer around a scholarly graph. Search and discovery connect papers, authors, topics and institutions. Collections support a continuing reading workflow, while saved work, reactions and follows provide signals for personalized recommendations. Source-aware ingestion keeps the catalog connected to its underlying research records.

What exists today.

The public product brings search, graph exploration, collections and research feeds into one experience. Its public catalog reported more than one million indexed papers at the September 2026 review. Readers can move from discovery to a collection, explore related work and build a feed around their interests.
